    Ethics Commissioner

    An Ethics Officer was appointed in accordance with the Integrity Risk Management Plan, which forms an integral part of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Integrity Plan.

    The Ethics Officer is responsible for handling cases of violations of ethical principles by the HJPC BiH staff.

    Complaints/reports may be submitted to the Ethics Commissioner regarding:
    • Unethical behavior
    • Damage to the reputation of the HJPC BiH
    • Inappropriate behavior toward colleagues
    • Any form of discrimination
    • Harassment
    • Exploitation and similar misconduct.
